The Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls, taking place between May 4 and June 4, 2026, in 19 cities from Malmö to Luleå. Participants can choose to run, jog, or walk 2.5 km or 5 km. Upon registration, participants receive a medal, a finish line bag, the Vårruset music quiz, and prizes, as well as a festive picnic for teams of five to enjoy on the grass after crossing the finish line. Registration for 2026 opens on December 2!
